General Responsibilities:

• Identify and close new account business

• Manage, maintain and increase sales within existing accounts

• Provide excellent customer service and support

• Increase “specialized-vertical” CAD software sales

• Increase consulting and product training revenues

Strong computer, presentation and communication skills 100%

General Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales objectives for generating new sales, expanding existing customer sale and consulting services offered by Kelar Pacific in a timely, accurate manner

• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific solutions and services

• Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on services and promotional sale items

• Generate customer proposals and quotations in accordance with Kelar Pacific profitability guidelines

• Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns

• Obtain accurate information from vendors related to the Kelar Pacific customer solutions and services

• Responsible for timely, accurate forecasts of weekly, quarterly and pipeline opportunties

Desired Skills and Experience:

2-5 years of experience working in sales and/or customer service 100%
BA/BS or equivalent 100%
2-5 years proven sales results; familiarity with TAS or equivalent sales tools 100%
Strong computer, presentation and communication skills 100%
Software knowledge required: Microsoft Office 100%
